DIRECTIONS :

1. Rinse off with clean water and soak it for 4 to 6 hours.
2. Steam the soaked bird's nest with soaked water for 30 minutes. You may add some pandan leaves to improve the taste. 
3. Add some rock sugars or honey and it's ready to serve.
