Make Your Own Steamed Bird's Nest

DIRECTIONS

SOAK
Soak the bird's nest in room temperature water for approximately 4 to 6 hours, ensuring the water covers the entire bird's nest during soaking.

STEAM
Steam the soaked bird's nest with the soaked water for 30 minutes. You may add rock sugar according to your preference. Pandan leaves can be added if you wish to mask the protein aroma of the bird's nest. The bird's nest can absorb water up to 6 to 8 times its capacity, causing it to expand during steaming.

Note that OVER STEAMING may cause the bird's nest to dissolve into the water.

SERVE
Serve it warm and indulge in your natural beauty supplement !
