Found in Medan, Indonesia. Our Medan Corner is limited as the swiftlets only habit at here once a year. Bird’s Nest harvested from this area tend to be bigger than general bird's nest, and has a smooth and springy texture.

DIRECTIONS :

1. Rinse off with clean water and soak it for 4 to 6 hours.
2. Steam the soaked bird's nest with soaked water for 30 minutes. You may add some pandan leaves to improve the taste. 
3. Add some rock sugars or honey and it's ready to serve.
